Air Force Technical Training

 

 

 

The trainees start with a review on subjects taught during the vocational training and continue with aviation related maintenance procedures.

​

The overall training objective is to enable the young maintainers to perform all kinds of maintenance tasks on aircraft and in their individual trades. The professional training phase includes the aircraft maintenance related training in the three distinct fields of technology and related equipment.

​

 

 

 

After successful completion of their professional training the graduates should be employed in technical groups for some years.

​

Those showing good performance and attitude on their jobs may return to the technical school for further qualification and specialisation in Advanced Training courses, for example:

​

  • Ground Support Equipment

  • Aircraft Battle Damage Repair

​
